Further Thoughts

Since the initial ideas discussed in last week's meeting (summarised in the first post below) there has been some progress on the name front. In various discussions with people the following suggestions have been made:

- Levy Levy (Levy is a term, initially used to describe a group of conscripted soldiers. It is also the name of a man made bank used to enclose a body of water should it flood (like the ones that broke in new orleans, or the one that is dry in the song american pie) it is also used as a term to describe a level of taxation). (I do like this one but I worry that it perhaps needs too much of an explanation before it makes sense)

- Common Ground

- Corner Stone

- Proxy

- Amalgum

Also there have been a few suggestions about interesting words that might fit with what we're doing and might aid in getting our collective creative juices flowing. (what a horrible image). They are:

- Pool
- Boundary

- Loop
- Fusion
- Concoction

- Miscellaneous

- Sundry
- Distinct

Some good words I think you might agree. I am especially fond of sundry, although I don't know if it is appropriate for us but there's some food for thought anyway. Let me know what you think.
